1) All of our items come with 1 Year Warranty from the date of purchase

2) Spare Parts Support
Resellers can buy spare parts with the order and return back the faulty ones to get refunded for the amount of the spare parts.

3) Photo and Video Support
Resellers can get the product photoes and operation videos by contacting with our sales person.

4) Professional QC team to test straightly from the factory
All items are brand new and tested straightly by our professional QC from the factory. Double ensurance for the quality.


By ordering from Winlink Technology Ltd, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies and conditions listed on this page.

All Product returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form. You are requested to fill out and attach RMA form with the return item. Or you can get it from the sales person directly. Returns without return form will get delayed for the process.
• Product returns for replacement must be reported to us within 3 days from the date when you receive the package. 
• Broken items on the shipping way must be provided or returned with the documentary evidence by the shipping company with their signature or stamp (please open and check the item when the deliver guy is still there).
• Normally we don’t do refund, but if we do, please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
• The customer is solely responsible for sending returned products to Winlink, and Winlink will cover the cost of returning the repaired item back to Customers.
• All return will get processed within 14 days once got return. Customers will get informed when got return and arranged redelivery.
